Free cancellation

No charges will be levied if you cancel your booking with us at least 7 days prior to your pick up time. Cancellations made 7 days - 48 hours prior to your pick up time will be charged a nominal fee of € 25. The remaining amount will be credit to your funding option from where the payment was made automatically within 7 working days. You will not get any refund for cancellations made within 48 hours prior to your pick up time.

How to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, fill up the form below with your specified e mail address on our accounts and your reservation number. The reservation number can be checked from the order confirmation mail sent on your e mail. Please make sure to use the same e-mail address which you used while initially making the booking.
